Rectangular Buckwheat Yoga Bolster in Grey

The Rectangular Buckwheat Yoga Bolster is a supportive addition to your yoga practice, selected by Fytique to help maintain posture and guard against strain from overstretching. Its wide, shallow shape is particularly suited to supporting the back in lying asanas, though it works just as well on its side for a deeper stretch, as a stable base for seated meditation, as a general-purpose cushion, or for a range of physiotherapy uses.

Wrapped in a soft cotton cover and filled with eco-friendly, biodegradable buckwheat hulls, the bolster moulds firmly to the shape of your body, and hulls can be removed to adjust the firmness to suit you. A built-in carry handle keeps it easy to bring along to class or simply move around the house.
