Spaceright Flame. Shield Tamperproof Noticeboard 1200 x 1200mm Side Hinged, Light Blue Felt. The Flame. Shield noticeboard features a fire retardant composite core with a bonded textile surface, designed to meet and exceed fire safety standards. It complies with Class 0 when assessed to BS 476 Parts 6 & 7 and Class B-s1, d0 to BS-EN13501-1: 2002, making it suitable for corridors, escape routes and large unsupervised public areas.

This model includes a satin silver anodised aluminium frame with rounded safety corners and concealed fixings, plus tamperproof side-hinged lockable clear plastic doors tested separately to Class 1Y fire resistance under BS 476 Part 7. The felt covering is available in a choice of 13 colours, including 9 new 'Accents' shades, with this board in light blue. Internal clearance between the door and board surface is 20mm, allowing use with pins and staples. Wall fixings are included for secure mounting. Available sizes include 600x900, 1200x900 and 1200x1200mm with single doors; larger sizes have double doors.

The frame width is 25mm, so the visible display area is reduced by 50mm overall (e. g. a 900 x 600mm board has an 850 x 550mm visible area).
