Shield noticeboards provide a high-quality fire retardant display solution, combining a fire retardant composite core and bonded textile surface. These boards meet Class 0 fire safety standards (BS 476 Parts 6 & 7) and comply with Class B-s1, d0 according to BS-EN13501-1:2002, making them suitable for corridors, escape routes and unsupervised public areas. Top hinged doors are suitable for restricted access areas and include metal stays to hold doors open. Sizes available: 600 x 900mm, 1200 x 900mm, 1200 x 1200mm with single doors; larger sizes have double doors. Installation & Practical Considerations. Wall fixings included for straightforward installation. Due to fire retardant materials, the boards are heavier and denser than standard noticeboards.
