Yoga Mad Half Yoga Block

Yoga-Mad's Half Yoga Block brings the same dependable support to your practice as a full-size block, helping with stability, alignment, and flexibility across a range of poses. Yoga blocks let you build flexibility gradually and safely, without straining beyond where your body's ready to go, by adjusting the height you're working from. Half-size blocks give you a finer level of control when a standard Full Yoga Block feels like more height than you need.

Made from non-slip, scratch-resistant EVA foam with chamfered edges cut at a 45-degree angle, this block is built to last - the smoothed edges reduce the risk of sharp corners, chipping, and general wear, while staying comfortable to grip and lean on. Sold individually, it's an easy way to top up a set or add finer height adjustment to your practice.
