Thermometer Dial and glass door panel missing The Fuego Stone 80 is the perfect starting point for the Pizza enthusiast looking to make professional pizza's at home. The Stone oven heats up quickly as it will reach it's optimal cooking temperature within 30 minutes. Once up to temperature, you pizza's will be cooked between 90 - 120 seconds. However, don't think this is just a pizza only oven. The Clasico can bake up-to 6 loaves of bread, it can hold 2 large roasting trays or cook 2 x 12-inch pizzas at one time. It is also useful for Roasting, Slow cooking and smoking. Thanks to the inner core form, the oven will maintain a high heat for over 4 hours and it will maintain a lower temperature for up to 12 hours, without the need to add additional wood to the fire.
